Reçu largement dans les délais, le produit était soigneusement emballé. Simple mais efficace, j'ai tout de même laissé le produit sur une table, déplié et recouvert d'une nappe afin de ne pas avoir à le replier à chaque fois. Histoire qu'il ne se déchire pas aux pliures ...

All orders are shipped within 48 hours maximum of the moment they are made, and are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days in western Europe. All our products are shipped from France.

You can return packages (opened or not) with unopened items up to 15 days after delivery, no questions asked. In this case, you will have to cover delivery fees for returning the package.
If items were opened but you wish to return them, please send us an email at support@thehoard.co with some pictures so that we can see together how we should proceed.
