FAQs

What are the delivery times ?

All orders are shipped within 48 hours maximum of the moment they are made, and are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days in western Europe. All our products are shipped from France.

What are the return and refund conditions?

You can return packages (opened or not) with unopened items up to 15 days after delivery, no questions asked. In this case, you will have to cover delivery fees for returning the package.

If items were opened but you wish to return them, please send us an email at support@thehoard.co with some pictures so that we can see together how we should proceed.

We try to source as many products as possible from Europe, but unfortunately is it not always possible.

What payment methods are available?

Yes absolutely! We use Shopify as the system to run our website, and they use state-of-the-art security for their payment system. Moreover, we also integrate with Paypal if you are reluctant to use your credit card.
