You can return packages (opened or not) with unopened items up to 15 days after delivery, no questions asked. In this case, you will have to cover delivery fees for returning the package.

If items were opened but you wish to return them, please send us an email at support@thehoard.co with some pictures so that we can see together how we should proceed.

How to return an order

Before anything else, send us an email at support@thehoard.co to express your desire to return your order. The sending date of this email will be used to decide whether or not your return request is within the 15 days limit for returns.
