You can download your printable products directly from the order confirmation page, the moment your order is confirmed. You will also immediately receive an email containing a download link, which you can use as many times as you want.

You can get a refund for any digital purchase up to 15 days after your purchase, only if you have not downloaded them. By downloading your purchases, you waive your right of withdrawal and will no longer be able to get a refund .
